I came across these guys the other night after ball practice. They were at the same place as my barn post from Sunday Stills. There is just something calming about the face of a mule. They always look so peaceful and dreamy.
They were quite friendly and wanting of attention. I'll have to go back soon and bring some snacks.

My husband's uncle had mules. He said he'd far rather ride a mule than a horse! He used them for trail rides to pull his covered wagon as well. :)
