Up a pound down a pound....I will be six months out from surgery next week and I was wanting to be at a 100 lbs loss, but it seems these last 4 pounds are just going to drive me crazy.
I realize that I've made great progress, however, I seem to be feeling the affects of leaving the "honeymoon" period where it's easier to lose weight. I so want to reach my goal by my 42nd birthday in July. I still have about 25 lbs left to go.
It's just hard to stay motivated when it gets difficult, guess I'll just have to hit the wall and run through it..
