Winter Storm

For one of the first times the weather people got it right...we were to get a big winter storm last night, and we did.

Woke up this morning to a good foot of snow on the ground.  Now that's a good few inches more than we got for Christmas, and it's more than I want to see ever again this Winter.

I got out and shoveled out a good portion of the driveway, so that maybe my car will see the light of day sometime before March.

The boys of course thought it was the best day ever.....yet to be determined.

Awwww! That last photo makes me smile! The snow makes the prefect backdrop, too!

You made me giggle how you used the word "good" when describing the amount of snow and the area cleared on the driveway. That's trying to think positive. lol!

We got snow flurries all day today, but it never did stick.....because the sun never stopped shining. Crazy weather!

Wow! That is a fair amount of snow for one night! We haven't had much winter weather where we are. Had snow in November around Thanksgiving and that has been about it. It rained more in December than it had all year! We have had lots of mud and it is not nearly as fun to play in...lol.

The boys look like they are having a BLAST!! =)
