Sunday Stills....Hands

"Hands" are the challenge this week.  All I had to do was bring my camera to work and snap a few of the girls doing their magic upon clients. Suprisingly they didn't think me too strange for standing around taking shots of them working.

To see how others interpret this challenge visit Sunday Stills.

I really enjoy the middle shot, you don't expect the hand to enter the shot in that way.

The last shots have a beautiful color scheme and nice shadows! Great job!

working hands! I don't see how anyone can cook or do housework or work in the gardens with those long nails:)

Do you watch the Amazing Race? Last night I watched the episode of the two bros in China shampooing two elderly ladies hair outside the saloon.

I have never had my toes painted professionally, in fact I have never had them painted since I was a teen ager.

You seemed to have a lot of fun taking their photos, and close-up ones.

Here my general reply on the snake I posted in my site;

You are absolutely right, there are no snakes in NEw Zealand. There are no snakes in Ireland too. So if you like the great ourdoors, and go tramping, you can sleep in peace at night.

I forgot to mention my nephew lives in Brisbane Australia. Over there, there are lots of snakes. It is our family joke that the SPCA woman will release the snake in a bush nearby and it will come again.

Oh Yes, the snake is a python, and it is edible. Snake meat is white and to the unknown and unsuspecting eye and palate, the taste like chicken.

The poor animal was a rather big possum. Some people in Australia are funny, they let possums live in their attic. No wonder snakes come to the house.

Very clever. Nice composition. I hope Ed never does a foot post, though. I think I'd get the willies. lol!

That one lady sure does have some pretty painted toenails, though.

Well done!
