Vanner Foal

I'm sure some of you have already seen these photos, but I couldn't resist sharing them. I love seeing newborn foals, or foals of any size for that matter. These are supposedly (you never know) from Villa Vanners. It really doesn't matter where, the pictures speak for themselves. A newborns love for mamma. There is no better place to take a nap after being born than in mommas "arms". Enjoy.

WOW! I LOVE THESE PHOTOS!! I don't think I've seen anything more precious than this mare and her foal. I am in love!

My neighbor's mare is due in a month....and I AM SO EXCITED!!!

That last photo is so precious!

ps, You had asked on my blog what camera or lenses I use.
My camera is a Canon PowerShot SX110 IS. It's just a point-and-shoot digital camera, but I had read about it's manual capabilities of being a step away from an SLR (If I read up on it one day and learn all the bells and whistles. lol!)

But it does have a nice macro and the zoom is great. 10X optical and 10X digital. The digitial is not as good as optical, but when used together does get me 20x zoom. I love me some zoom! :)
Thanks for asking.

Your camera takes some pretty good pictures, too. I tell ya...this photo of this mare and her baby should be posted on one of those photography or horse websites. I bet you'd win. :)
(I don't know what you'd win, but I know you would! hehe)

I was sent over here by Lisa at Laughing Orca Ranch. :o)

That is an incredibly gorgeous horse. Wow. I've never seen a horse hold and hug her baby like that. It's amazing and so very loving. Thanks for sharing those!
