Another Castoff

We have no animal control in our county and as such people just drop their dogs and cats off wherever they can and for some reason we always seem to have a few that show up every year. Today DH and D were working outside and coming up the driveway was this little girl. She seems to be a couple of years old and has had at least one litter of puppies. She was slightly unsure at first but soon came to believe I wasn't going to run her off and was very sweet. I guess we'll give this one a couple of weeks and if she proves to be good natured and wants to adopt us we just might have to keep her. We heard her howl so I assume she has some husky or something in her. She's medium sized, just below my knee, and mostly white except for a orange color on the tips of her ears.
She already looks at home doesn't she...
here are her cute ears
full on, you can see she's a little shy...

It is so sad when people just dump their animals. That happens alot around here and it makes me so mad! I feel terrible for the animals as they have nowhere to go or worse end up in the pound and if not claimed in a weeks time, they are put to sleep.

She does look like a sweet, shy little thing.
