Vet visit, Felting, and Award

I'm off to take Simi to the vet for her spaying...she's a little put out this morning as she isn't being fed, but she's sure to be really pissed in a couple hours. Oh well, must do the responsible owner thing. Afterwards W and I will stop by the laundry and felt the bag I just finished. I hope it comes out well, and I will post pics later.

I was lucky enough to receive an award from Desert Hen. You don't know how much it means to me that I have friends out there in blogger land. Friends around my neck of the woods are really few, nonexistent I would say. It makes my day to come to my blog and see the post from you all who might find it interesting the stuff I say. Know that you are apprecitated very much. I have to pass this along to eight people, and ask them to pass it along to eight with this .."Here's the cleverly written text of the award: "These blogs are exceedingly charming. These kind bloggers aim to find and be friends. They are not interested in self-aggrandizement. Our hope is that when the ribbons of these prizes are cut, even more friendships are propagated. Please give more attention to these writers. Deliver this award to eight bloggers who must choose eight more and include this cleverly-written text into the body of their award." I don't have eight but here are the ones I choose to send it along to: Laughing Orca Ranch The 7 MSN Kristen A Nut In A Nutshell By The Hair Of My Chinny Chin Chin Stop by and visit these ladies, as they are some of the best out there. I love stopping by and visiting with them everyday, seeing what's happening in their lives. Pass on the friendship....

Thank you, Colleen. All the critters at the 7MSN appreciate your friendship and the comments you leave for us. We'll be sending good thoughts Simi's way today.

Aaawww, poor Simi. Give her some kitty hugs for me when you get her home.

I'm so happy that we have formed a friendship through our blogs. I look forward to visiting you each day and keeping in touch. I love the friendships that I'm making through blogging. I have a few friends here where I live, but making new friendships through the blogging process has opened up a whole new meaning to the word "friend" for me. And I'm proud to call you my friend.....=D

How in the world did I not see this before today? Boy, am I behind in reading posts!

You are such a sweetie to even think of me and I'm so happy to be bloggy friends with you now!

We both live in nutshells so we gotta look out for each other! ;)

Thanks again; I'm honored!
