Bow Tie Pasta w/ Shrimp and Feta

I've come up with a recipe that I just love
and I thought I would share it with you.
Here are the cast of ingredients: I'll post them all at the end. Sautee'd shallots... I'm not much of a white wine drinker, but this works instead
all the goodness coming together little shrimpies jumping in the pan...yum
hmmm...looking good...almost there
all the good stuff in the pan Here it is...just wonderful.
  • olive oil
  • juice of one lemon
  • 3 shallots
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • couple pats of butter
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • fresh chopped parsley
  • 1 lb or so of shrimp
  • bow tie pasta cooked to pkg directions
  • feta cheese, as much or little as you like
  • salt and pepper to taste.
  • cook pasta according to package directions

Saute' shallots in olive oil until translucent and soft (I like mine well done, but whatever works for you.)

Add garlic, lemon juice, white wine, butter and bring to boil. Toss in shrimp and cook until pink. Add cooked pasta, parsley and feta cheese. Toss to coat.

Slap it on a plate and enjoy!
