I just finished my workout, hardest so far. I did 1 mile at 2% incline. Then did 3/4 mile at 5.5%, then 1 mile at 6.5%, then 1/4 mile at 10%!!! That's about as close to throwing up as I've gotten. I'm determined to get to the 22o's. Seems like the last couple of pounds have been so blessed hard and somewhat depressing. I shall just truck on I guess.
