Sunday Stills.....Easter

This weeks challenge is Easter....for me it's all about the Eggs.  I love to dye them and did it even when single.  Thankfully I need not be so pathetic the last few years as now with the kids I have a good excuse to participate.  I have never been good at it and not one egg has ever looked like it does on the package, but fun is had anyway.

this year we tried "tye-dye" eggs
maybe not so messy as the
usual method

you just have to smush them around in a
plastic bag with a couple drops of color

not really tye-dye
are they?

and completely messy!
so much for that.

Wonderful Easter photos! Is coloring eggs ever not messy?? LOL They turned out beautiful and look sort of tie dyed.

Oh wow! We've got to try that plastic bag technique. We just do it the old fashioned way with water, vinegar and food coloring in a cup. Dip and egg and let it dry. Sounds rather boring after seeing your beauties!

That last photo is just totally awesome!!!

Happy Easter!

The best photo is the last one! Making a mess is part of the fun of Art. The eggs are very pretty.

Great looking eggs! The "messy" is half the fun, isn't it?
