I am the mother of a picky eater. I gave up trying to fight with Wy to at least try what was on his plate, so he usually just has a bite and some milk. As such he wakes up hungry in the morning.....here's how it went today.
W: "Mommy I'm hungry!"
Me: " I know, I'm cooking breakfast now."
W: "But I want coo coo cocoa bugs!" (cocoa puffs)
Me: "No cereal, you'll wait until I finish cooking."
W: "Mommy! I'm really really hungry!"
Me: "Do you know why you're so hungry? Because you didn't eat squat last night for dinner."
W: "But Mommy, I don't like squat."

That is so funny! =) Squat has never been a favorite of mine either...he, he
is that the same as SOS? and as my honey use to say "come and get it or I'll throw it" (yeah yeah he learned it from his pop)

That's sooo funny. You should submit it to a women's magazine...like Women's Day or Family Circle - sometimes they'll send you something if they use it.
